Core Banking Solution (CBS) is networking of branches, which enables Customers to operate their accounts, and avail banking services from any branch of the Bank on CBS network, regardless of where he maintains his account. Network consists of a Data Centre and Data Recovery and 4400 branches connected via MPLS/ Forticlient VPN. It uses HUB SPOKE Topology.Responsibilities Installation and configuration of Red Hat Enterprise Linux 5, 6, Ubuntu, CentOS, and OEL. Creating partitions using Linux Volume Manager (LVM) to create disk space. Establishing channel bonding on Oracle Enterprise Linux Servers for networking and fail over of the NIC cards. Provided backup and restore solutions to the internal engineering environment. Successfully resolved issues ranging from machine failure to operating systems issues. As part of the technical computing team, I worked with applications developers and other engineers to create innovative solutions for customer problems. Database Knowledge with MYSQL, database optimization, backup and restore. Installation & up-gradation of hardware & software. Administration of Common Networking Services: AD, IIS, DNS, DHCP, FTP, DNS, DHCP.  Implementing, configuring, and troubleshooting LAN, WLAN, WAN. Experienced with multiple flavors of Linux platform (RHEL, OEL, Ubuntu, Centos) OS. Maintained and obtained production web environment availability and systems security.  Executed and performed server system operations and support consisting of Windows 2003, SQL 2000, 2005 and 2008 IIS6, IIS7, IIS7.5.
