Senior Technical Support Engineer
Current- Responsible for responding and resolving complex customerproblems via phone, email and remote access for Citrix products.
- Working closely with consultant on supporting scheduled activityfor new deployments
- Lab replication of customer setup from client to LB till windowsserver
- SSL VPN solutions (Citrix NetScaler Gateway)
- Knowledge of Security technologies (e.g. SSL/TLS, VPNs, Firewall,IDS/IPS).
- Working on Protocol Analyzers (e.g.Wireshark, tcpdump) toresolve customer issues.
