I have broad and diverse experience in IT for 25 years now, with specialization in preparing digital roadmaps, planning technology programs and executing projects for delivering business solutions including ERP, CRM, BI, Digital, Web, Custom Software Development and Automation projects.I have served in the role of IT Head for 11 years in manufacturing industry primarily for two reputed organizations (BHEL-GE and Atelier Francois). My core responsibilities included aligning IT with business strategy, preparation of IT roadmap, budgeting, setting up team goals, objectives and KPIs, delivery of IT projects, services, modernization, maintenance and management of IT infrastructure including cloud and on-prem components. I have planned, led and delivered several projects for implementing IT solutions, ERP, CRM, and digital tools. I am familiar with SQL and have engineered data, dashboarding solutions using MSBI stack and visualization /dashboarding tools Tableau and Power BI.
