The ordering reaches to the dispatch Systems via OCV/NSOP/SSP and Provisioning systems like IVAPP (Legacy Voice Provisioning), requesting for the Due Date and Dispatch Information from Vzot. WBN Gets the jobs from Dispatch Systems and send the message to Vzot to reserve the commitments date.
