Current• Conducting new hire onboarding, orientation, verifying and completing I-9 process. • Sending offer letters and new hire documents to ensure a smooth transition.• Conducting employee exit interviews and handling the complete termination process proficiently.• Inputting HR data into various HR systems such as ADP Workforce Now, Dayforce, Dynafile, Zendesk, DocuSign, etc., for accurate record-keeping.• Operating within a union environment, ensuring compliance with union regulations, and effectively. • Executing day-to-day HR policies, objectives, and initiatives effectively.• Responding to employee inquiries, processing employment verification requests, and providing .• Creating, maintaining, and updating personnel records accurately and promptly.• Collaborating with the HR team to provide proactive support, guidance, and direction on HR policies and procedures.• High-quality customer service throughout the employee life cycle.• Managing employee relations within this framework.
