Prasenjit comes with 20+ years of experience in IT Services and Product industry. He is currently working as Vice President and Engineering Head - Data, Analytics & Digital in Enquero, a Data Analytics Niche technology start-up which was acquired by Genpact a few years ago. In current role he manages a full stack analytics portfolio – SW Engineering, Data Engineering, Standard Analytics, Visualization and Advanced Analytics plus the product PowerMe. He is actively working on multiple patents in analytics domain.Prior to start-up, he worked with Accenture where he was responsible for Global Delivery for large clients like a Technology Major, a Media Giant. As a client delivery lead, he was managing 360 degree relationship value for client - delivering projects, managing financials, operations, people and bringing thought leadership for large diamond accounts. Additionally he played Innovation anchor role at North America Market Unit level to drive client co-innovation workshops, patents and internal Global Technology contest. As a hobby Project, Prasenjit took 15+ AI/ML trainings for 100 plus team members to improve Analytics literacy. He is associated with Indian Statistical Institute for Data Analytics initiative.As a true believer of personal competency, he has multiple professional certifications on AI/ML, GCP and AWS, Agile & Estimation techniques. He has published 5 research papers in International conferences.Prior to Accenture, he worked with Infosys in various roles including client facing Delivery, Presales and Quality consulting for customers from various geographies – US, Europe, Japan, Middle East.During his stint in Infosys he received prestigious Infosys Excellence Awards multiple times from various Infosys founders . Prasenjit is a sports enthusiast, who follows soccer and cricket very actively. He is living in Bangalore for last 20+ years.
