I am responsible to compare between actual and target every month, and also make a simulation and forecast to set a new target based on current data in BOD meeting every month. And also ensuing the business runs on target by identify all the opportunities and risk that could be impact to bank performance. Start in August every year that i responsible to collaborate with other division to set an annual budget for next year (RBB) to submited to OJK based on our achievment in last 3 years and also combine with industry (competitor) and market growth. Beside that, i am responsible to make a 5 years plan to set the goal what will achieve in short term (5 yrs). I am responsible to provide data to see impact to the bank performance or for action plan such as issued bond, increase or decrease of rate, borrowing, capital Injection etc based on BOD requested

As a financial analysis in Panin Bank, i have 4 main job such as business strategy, control analyst, business performance, business regulator and reporting analysis. As a business strategy, i am responsible to interpretate any financial data to BOD and BOC in meeting like ALCO meeting, BOD every month and BOC meeting every three month. I give an information about what we achieve in current month and compare with target and ensure that we on track to target. i am also responsible to calculate and give information about product cost, yield, ratio and other information related as the BOD's fondation to set strategy for next month. As a control analyst, i am responsible to ensure that interest rate in each assets and liabilities is reasonable. As a business performance, i responsible to give an information about branch performance (growth on asset, business growth and profit and loss) and also giving a suggest to maintain or increase of branch performance. As a business relulator and reporting analysis, i am responsible to give an analysis to submited to OJK like RBBR (Bank and Consolidated with subsidiaries) in each semester, Management and Analysist (MD&A) for Annual Report and i also am responsible to provide data for OJK, BI, Auditor, and other partied. For company action i am also responsible to give a data and calculate the all aspect to know how big impact for that company action to bank performance.

Checking stock and sales daily from branches and monitoring the payment to make sure there is no pending payment for every sale. The report must be done every day before 4 pm. With existing supervision, the branch or city under supervision has succeeded in maintaining the level of receivables and existing stock of goods without any discrepancies or delays.

• Ensure the availability of petty cash every day to support the company's operations. As well as make a report on its usage a maximum of Day + 1.• Make a report for the vendor payment schedule to make sure the aging of payment is not overdue.• Payment cost allocation for each department, make sure that every cost that has been paid is under the department's designation.• Daily stock control, ensuring the same number of items between system and physical stock.
