My aim in this Ph.D. project was to assess the relative selection pressure exerted by plant genotype and terroir or their interactions on phyllosphere (plant surface) microbiome assemblage. Results are probably relevant for the selective breeding of new grape varieties in such a way that they are naturally free from faulty microbial communities in their phyllosphere.
