Senior Client Solution Manager
Current• End to end pursuit expertise in managing large and strategic pursuits (Proactive and RFP based) through end-to-end sales cycle across multiple stages- RFX Responses, Orals, Due-Diligences, Negotiations, Client (Site) Visits and Deal Closures• Develop Win Strategies / Themes and Differentiators for large deals by performing various market based analyses and by empathizing customer pain areas• Lead the proposal solution development, commercial and business value articulation leveraging Design Thinking (DT) framework• Managing client visits, defining the agenda in line with client expectations leveraging Organizational cross unit capabilities • Innovative commercial revenue models pivoted on revenue share, outcome based and risk-reward modelling• Focus on Deal Effectiveness and increasing winnability • Partnerships and go-to-market alliances for key areas i.e. IoT, Industry 4.0, Next Gen Technologies• Market & prospect research, key competitor analysis for strategic deal positioning• Point of Views (POV’s) for proposals on business models, executive business cases• Various deal constructs- Engineering Product ownership, Application Maintenance and Support, Digitization and Cost-take-outsee less• Analyst Responses for IoT and Engineering Services, Infosys has been positioned in leaders quadrant in these responses• New Service Offering packaging and roll out • Participate in Unit level initiatives to increase deal effectives, winnability and margins
