It provides a pull mechanism for customers to access data they are interested in. It contains over 3 million technical documents associated with over 1 million IBM Part numbers. E Pricer is a pricing tool used by pricers and business partners to quote prices for IBM products to its clients. The application provides features to manage a quote, send it for approval to the pricer in case the quote is below the minimum delegation level, and send it to the client for approval and save it for any future use.

FinacleCRM is a multi-channel Customer Relationships Management application (under the Finacle Universal Banking Solutions suite) tailor-made for Banks and Call Centers, with ready support for an Interactive Voice Response System. It supports in-built banking business processes which facilitate a seamless coupling with Finacle – Infosys' Core Banking Business software. It is a web-enabled solution using open standards like XML-based interfaces and a highly scalable framework which allows for easy customizations to the UI, Business Logic, and Business Objects alike.
