Current• Leadership role overseeing the Quality Assurance department for the Zimbra Collaboration Suite product.• Accountable for formulating the QA strategy, defining methodologies, and orchestrating execution within development initiatives.• Offer technical proficiency in Test Automation, Testing Methodologies, Processes, and Tools, fostering proficiency across cross-functional teams.• Strategise and oversee product release planning, milestone attainment, and risk mitigation efforts.• Facilitate monitoring activities, Root Cause Analysis (RCA), and collaborate with teams to devise improvement strategies.• Proactively identify, evaluate, and enhance Testing and Automation processes.• Extensive hands-on experience with Test Automation frameworks utilising C#, Java for both backend and frontend applications.• Proficient in conducting Performance Testing using Jmeter.• Demonstrated expertise in debugging techniques, leveraging tools like Memory Analyser and Instrumentation for efficient issue resolution.
