My focus is on providing technical leadership in managing the business through strategic development and implementation of strategies to achieve superior results while managing financial risks to achieve our corporate goals. As Past Chairman of CII ( Confederation of Indian Industries), Gujarat Chapter I am actively involved in CII initiatives of International Partnership, Policy Advocacy, Competitiveness, Environment, Green Building and Community Development. I have managed business in numerous countries with varied ownership structure and operating cultures. I have effectively and successfully presented solution of complex business issues to the Board of Directors including Mergers and Acquisitions & Restructuring.
