Proud to share that we were the first ones to identify and focus on this opportunity with a customized approach to build Pure Handloom Silk & Cotton Sarees as separate sub categories. With the first mover advantage we were able to commanded a 25%+ online market share eventually.As the category grew larger, so did my portfolio size along with a larger responsibility of driving the Category Strategy and vision focusing more on medium to long term differentiation for a sustained growth, profitability and customer stickiness.
