Handling all development activities acc. to procedure for development. • Make the Component Study Report, by reading the drawing / Samples. • Understand the customer requirements.• Communications with customer for any clarification required according to drawing, Material, there properties, & non-conformity of dimensions on drawing and process constrains.• Understand requirement of customer for developing the product, Like Raw material, heat treatment, surface treatment & Packing.• Prepare process plan for the product development. Like operation sequence, Strip layout, & blank development.• Prepare design & detail drawings of tooling, Strip layout, & blank development.• Prepare bill of Material. (Define item codes as per process defined).• Order raw material according to design requirements.• Prepare process planning of each part of Tool.• Resolve the shop floor issues & prepare tool assembly for trial.• Preparation of inspection report for final component.
