• Handling full Life Cycle of Recruiting (Sourcing, screening resumes, interviewing, technical queries & interviews, closing of candidates and responsibilities till joining of candidates).• Worked with Accounts Manager/Team lead on all staffing related issues, such as recruitment, selection of candidates, offers, salary negotiation, interview techniques and closing candidates.• Actively involved in screening resumes from job portals like Dice, CareerBuilder, Monster, Job diva as well as through candidate’s referral and professional networking sites like LinkedIn.• Use social media, networking and direct sourcing to find candidates. Interviewing, screening and matching candidates to client's specific needs and assist account managers with their prospective accounts.• Identifies prospective candidates by telephone, e-mail and the Internet to determine skills, experience, and areas for geographic employment, preferences, availability and visa status.• Salary negotiation with candidates, extensively working on negotiating of rates on W2/ C2C/ C2H/ Fulltime• Arranging client interviews and completing required paper work if candidate gets selected for the position.Ensuring that adequate number of qualified candidates submitted for all assigned client requirements in a timely manner.• Consistently meet the performance metrics as defined by the management.• Pre-interview preparation and post-interview follow-up.• Acting as first point-of-contact for consultant and maintains monthly contact with consultant.• Experience in Recruitment of Position like Java/.Net Developer, Tech lead, SDET, BI, Project/Program Managers, SharePoint Developers/Managers and Support Engineers, Salesforce Administrator, UI/UX developer, Business Analyst, Bigdata Developer/architect, Solution architect etc.
