As a Microsoft Graph Developer Support at Microsoft, I provide technical assistance and guidance to customers and developers who use Microsoft Graph and Microsoft Copilot, two of the most innovative and powerful platforms for productivity and collaboration. I work with a global team of experts to troubleshoot and resolve complex issues, suggest best practices, and enable successful integration and adoption of these technologies.I have been working from 2015.In my past organisation i have worked on cases related to Microsoft Teams Rooms, Windows 365, Intune, Microsoft Exchange online and Microsoft Pro-direct. Apart from M 365 i have also worked on technologies like Intuit Quickbooks as a Hybrid Sales engineer, Where, i use to sell the support plan to the customer and work on the resolution of the case in an independent Pro advisor desk. Initially, i have worked on multiple independent Technical support provider companies for providing support on Wiindows security and cleanup, Printer support and networking support.I am also pursuing my Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from JECRC University, where I am learning the fundamentals and applications of programming, data structures, algorithms, and software engineering. I am passionate about leveraging my skills and knowledge to create and support solutions that enhance the user experience and empower organizations to achieve their goals.
