- Responsible for new client acquisition, building new relationships and increasing depth inexisting relationships with High net worth clients.- Contact all mapped clients through daily / weekly / monthly calls.Maintaining & deepening long term relationships with new and existing clients.- New client acquisition and revenue generation through sales of all the financial products like Lifeinsurance, mutual funds, bonds, FD’s, general Insurance, health insurance & PMS.- Regular portfolio review of clients.- Follow-up on all the financial products renewal.- Focusing in increasing book size of SIP’s.- Achieve product wise targets.- Resolutions of queries of all mapped clients within TAT specified.- Preparing projection report on weekly / monthly basis.- Conducting marketing activity in society, corporate and by investor meet to acquire new clients.- Suggesting clients to acquire or sell off assets that will provide high rate of return.

 Reconciliation of Cash, Assets, Accruals on a daily, Monthly and Preliminary Basis between Major MNC custodians banks and Investment Managers and Resolving of the differences in Bank transactions dealing mostly in Fixed Income Securities and Comparing the Net Assets Value for the entire portfolio and pointing out the differences. Cash Reconciliation is done on a daily basis to know the position of the cash balance at the end of the day.  Prelim Reconciliation is performed as per the Investment Managers requirements and on the preliminary or unaudited data provided by the custodians to the Investment Managers for some audits purpose. Monthly Reconciliation are final reconciliation including recons of assets accruals and month ending cash balance and Net assets Value for the particular month on the audited and final data, Analyze and compare the Net assets Value on a Analysis Tab. Research of daily flow of cash discrepancies & analysis of the same. Immediate escalation about overdraft and any out of balance conditions to Portfolio Manager with all documentation. Analysis and research of Par, Pricing and Accrual discrepancies of securities on monthly basis and reporting to Portfolio Manager if Total NAV difference between Invest Manager and Custodian Bank of the fund is running out of tolerance with appropriate reason. To monitor and maintain the aging standard breaks in all accounts and to follow-up with client and business lines to resolve the same.
