I am a key contributor in building the Dairy and Plant Protein business for our company which currently stands at approx. USD 2 Billion. The product innovations that me and my team developed during this tenure, resulted in an incremental business of more than USD 400 Million across different markets in Asia. Prior to this role I have worked for 6 years as Head of R&D at Coca-Cola India. I established the R&D Center in 2008 from scratch and built, nurtured a highly talented team. This center supports the India and the South West Asia Region that has a business of around USD 2.5 Billion. During this tenure, me and my team developed and delivered innovations like Barista Bros (Australia, Mexico), Nutriboost (ASEAN, Africa), Pulpy Super Milky (China), Yogurstand (Japan), Vio and Minute Maid Smoothie (India). As the Lead of Dairy COE, I built and nurtured a high-performance team, developed both people and equipment capability in all segments within Dairy & Plant based beverages that included Fusions, Smoothies, High Protein Drinks, Flavoured Milk, Yoghurts, Nut, Bean, Seed Based Innovations.
