- Lead the team of 30 engineers to complete the brownfield expansion project in an international environment - New Coconut milk powder plant with required ancillaries - safely with overall responsibility of time, quality and cost. - Ensure alignment with key stakeholders and collaborate with various functions inside & outside the organization to meet the project deliverables. - Proactively identify, monitor & manage project opportunities/ issues/ risks. - Identify, recruit & build project team and assigning individual responsibilities to multi-cultural diverse team fostering a performance driven culture. - Developing layout in consideration to Master plan for future and present requirements. Finalizing the technical aspects/ specifications. - Selection of contractors and timely issuance of purchase orders/ agreements. - Prepare project milestones, detailed timelines, delivery schedules, status reports and primary point of contact for reporting & updates to senior management. - Periodic monitoring of cost, project progress and scope changes. - Coordinate to assure a smooth transition to operations and hand holding the completed project post commissioning. - Compliance throughout the execution and meeting statutory requirements.

- Handling Capex function at corporate level for South Asia region. Monitoring/ Prioritization of Capex expenses location wise. - De-bottlenecking/ optimizing existing fixed asset base. - Providing assistance for basic designing, cost estimation and execution for Nutrition & Dairy factory proposals/ projects as corporate engineer. - Evaluating Project viability and facilitating Go / No-Go decision in alignment with regional/ global business and manufacturing strategies

- Project Management with supervision and monitoring of design, execution, installation & commissioning of wet process section of Infant Formula plant. - Material management starting from material specifications, vendor selection, finalization of orders till timely delivery. - Adding value to concept engineering and ensuring quality of construction. - Stabilization of the plant after initial commissioning and maintenance of the process plant (2013) to meet the desired ramp up at required efficiencies.

- To conceptualize expansion requirements as per projected marketing demands. - Base design, product flow chart/ layout, tender preparation for the dairy projects. - Vendor selection, validating specifications and finalization of sourcing plan. - Approval of Mass balance, GA drawings, P & ID’s, etc. - Complete Project Management at corporate level and monitoring of execution. - Communication with suppliers and maintaining the financials of the project

- Installation, Commissioning and Validating HVAC systems comprising of Screw Chiller, AHU’s, FCU’s, Terminals, Hepa Filters, etc. for FMCG/ Pharmacy industry. - Project Management and complete site handling in capacity of Site Manager. - Timely invoicing, maintaining Cash flow and satisfactory customer interaction.

- Data collection, Concept designing and preparation of equipment sizing basis needs of customer. Material BOQ to be established for estimation and execution. - Installation, Testing, Commissioning and Handover of projects pertaining to Dairy & Beverage industry. - Handling resources, material management & cash flow in capacity of Site In charge.
