Senior Manager - Corporate Engineering
Current- Lead the team of 30 engineers to complete the brownfield expansion project in an international environment - New Coconut milk powder plant with required ancillaries - safely with overall responsibility of time, quality and cost. - Ensure alignment with key stakeholders and collaborate with various functions inside & outside the organization to meet the project deliverables. - Proactively identify, monitor & manage project opportunities/ issues/ risks. - Identify, recruit & build project team and assigning individual responsibilities to multi-cultural diverse team fostering a performance driven culture. - Developing layout in consideration to Master plan for future and present requirements. Finalizing the technical aspects/ specifications. - Selection of contractors and timely issuance of purchase orders/ agreements. - Prepare project milestones, detailed timelines, delivery schedules, status reports and primary point of contact for reporting & updates to senior management. - Periodic monitoring of cost, project progress and scope changes. - Coordinate to assure a smooth transition to operations and hand holding the completed project post commissioning. - Compliance throughout the execution and meeting statutory requirements.
