ICL Logistics ICL Analyst handle all receiving tasks for orders.Send emails for receiving not done and missing PS Contact receiver for mismatching information, Validate packing slips to ONUpdate report with receiving dates and receiving information.Hardware Assets management:Create, Maintain and Update information and accuracy in the asset repositories. New asset addition & updation in easset tool. Asset allocation to user by preparing IMAC. Asset transfer by taking approval. Tracking of temporary allocation & stand by asset. Checking email & revert with proper updates according to priority of email. Monitoring asset related issue. Handing over 30,000 asset that includes server, desktop, laptop, printer & Network devices. Data card management handing near about 3000 data card of reliance/data DoCoMo/Vodafone& Airtel keeping track on the monthly usage & billing issue related data card. Handing store for all good purchase & issuing available stock to related project Maintain all document, evidence for internal & external audits. Coordinate with vendors for any pending/advance payment Po, invoice related issue. Collecting quotation from vendors to procure H/w, S/W & consumable asset. Logging call with vendor for any hardware fault under warranty or AMC.
