• Reporting to the Director, Regulatory and Government Affairs, managing the regulatory requirements for company’s natural health products, OTC drugs, medical device (Class II) cosmetics, disinfectant and consumer brands.
• Submit dossiers to renew and obtain marketing authorization licences on drugs, medical devices, natural health products, disinfectant and cosmetics
• Serve as a Regulatory representative in project teams, and provided regulatory strategies for new products launches and modifications to existing products.
• Implemented regulatory strategy for Clearasil and Veet products that resulted in receiving quick registration for an earlier launch in 2014
• Completed successful registration transaction of acquired Schiff products range and supported its market launch in Canada
• Implemented an improved process to review and approve product labelling that helped marketing team to release their artwork with minimal rounds of approval process.

• Proposing regulatory strategies for new product launches and preparing regulatory submissions to Indian Agrochemical Regulatory Agency.
• Coordinating with global regulatory team & Global R&D for regulatory strategy development for various new & innovative household products.
• Collaborating with various scientists for conducting bio-efficacy, toxicity, chemistry data generation for submission to Indian regulatory agency.
• Have a successful regulatory approval for Bifenthrin 0.05% Mosquito coils project and defending various other projects in pipeline.
• Regularly follow-up with the CIB&RC for timely registration of products.
• Creating strong relationships globally with partners and key customers to develop and execute regulatory plans in support of mutual goals and objectives for the company.

• Documentation and preparation of registration dossiers for crop protection and public health products for new product, me-too, label claim expansion registration and various endorsement cases.
• Coordinating with global registration team for various regulatory updates and introduction of new molecules in Indian markets.
• Documentation and preparation of registration dossiers for registration in Sri Lanka, Bangladesh and Nepal.
• Coordinating timely development and legalization of regulatory documents to support registrations of various product registrations overseas.
