Area of Work: -• Part of Transaction Monitoring vertical with specific role in Financial Crime Management Department• CASA fraud monitoring which includes followingo RTGS/NEFT credits monitoringo Clearing credits monitoringo IMPS credits monitoringo CASA Debits monitoringo Staff account activity monitoringo Co-ordinating with branches to verify suspected transactions.o Co-ordinating with AML team in identifying accounts where STR’s can be filed.

Area of Work: - Part of Transaction Monitoring vertical with specific role in Financial Crime Management DepartmentCASA fraud monitoring which includes followingo RTGS/NEFT credit transactions monitoringo Clearing cheques credit transaction monitoringo KYC documents scrutiny wherever required.o IMPS and UPI credit transaction monitoringo CASA Debits monitoringo Staff account activity monitoringo Co-ordinating with branches to verify suspected transactions.o Co-ordinating with AML team in identifying accounts where STR’s can be filed.

Area of Work: -• Handling various counters in Branch such as Saving, Current & OD, Cash, Fixed Deposit, Demat, Loan etc.• Processing of Payments, Transfers, RTGS, and NEFT.• Updating of Passbook and providing Statements to customers.• Acting as IT evangelist in Branch to resolve queries related to systems by coordinating with IT department.• Acting as single point of contact to resolve customer queries regarding tech products offered by Bank, which includes: Debit Cards Internet Banking Mobile Banking• Compliance of Account Opening procedure.• Reporting of Salary variables of staff on monthly basis.• Calculation of Income Tax of employees on monthly basis.• ETDS filing of Staff, Customer on quarterly basis.• Processing of Loan files at branch level which includes  Loan against Term Deposits, LIC or NSC/KVP Overdraft facility Gold Loan Processing• Handling Demat counter which include following responsibilities: Demat account opening formalities both NSDL & CDSL. Trading account opening formalities. KYC compliance of customer. Processing of Delivery Instruction Slips of customers which includes On Market Delivery Off Market Delivery Inter-depository Delivery Accepting dematerialization requests of customers(both shares & Mutual fund) Handling various customer queries related to their Demat Account. ASBA request processing.

Cash processing. Settling Cash part of Trades booked by State Street Fund Managers.
