* Working in production department as Trainee engineer. * Plan the schedule for production on daily basis and manage the manpower according to daily production target. * Prepare documentation papers related to production , stocks and workers. * Workout on customer complaints and take action to avoid such complaints in future. * Daily communication with engineers and followup with them to get the on time delivery of products. * Preparing daily dispatch plan and dispatch according to plan/schedule to on time delivery through proper communication with party. * Plan for reducing scrap , monthly IHR presentation and DWM report. * Implementing '5s' and applying kaizen in floor , Also faced 1s and 2s Audit. * Handling various measuring instruments to maintain quality of products , also responsible for production and quality of products.
