Manpower planning, commuting facility planning. Coordinating with HR department, accounts department & senior management for warehouse & customer related matters & new recruitment. Handling vendors of packing material, stationery, MHE repairing etc. Monthly pallet optimization. Arranging 5’s activity training for staff once in a month. Firefighting, Safety training & incident response training to staff with the help of safety manager. Conducting Mock drill once in a six month. Arranging sports & extracurricular activity for staff, like drawing competition, safety slogan etc. Reporting to Cluster Manger of Toll Global Logistics & Manager – Warehouse & logistics of customer.
