It has ECMD (Enhanced Capacity Multiple Downcomer) Distillation separation section with Heat pump compressors operated with Turbine (9000 KW). Also one train of SHP-TAME unit- Olefins conversion reaction in H-15 Nickel based pyrophoric catalyst & TAME conversion in Acid base resin catalyst which produces 900 TPD of TAME product for Refinery Gasoline pool octane boost up. Noted accomplishments include:Supervised & Trouble shooting done for shift operations for propylene recovery and olefins conversion plants.Conducted risk management and incident investigation, improving process safety compliance.Performed role of - Plant Safety Representative (PSR) to implement various Safety initiatives , safety campaign and training program among employees and business partners.Participated in FCC & PRU-SHP- TAME unit mega Turn Around (shutdown) with ~30 employees & 80 business partners in my team.
