Shipments.• Calming refund from CFS.• Negotiating RFQs ,Freight contracts annual/Quarterly, Monthly basis with shipping lines and services for all International sectors viz Gulf, Red sea ports, Africa, South & Central America, USA and European ports, fare east. • Handling export for steel products under various government schemes .• Coordination with International Marketing & Production team at plant level for export orders & achieving dispatch targets• Planning & arranging logistics for ready stocks at plant. Streamlining dispatch operations with CONCOR, Road transportation and plant to help faster turnaround of rakes and avoid detention on containers on continuous basis.• Coordination with documentation team and shipping lines for successful negotiation of documents & thereby achieving collection targets• Scheduling of shipping plan for successful shipment execution in a cost effective manner. Deploying improved processes to avoid any shut outs or detention on containers.• Handling MIS for ready stocks + dispatch against released export orders
