· Talent Acquisition (Recruitment: A necessary follow-up till candidate joins etc. Joining Formalities.)/Employees life Cycle.· Induction, Orientation Training, and development programs in the plant.· Employee engagement, Event Management· Performance Management, HR operation (Time Office Activity), Various HR MIS· To implement & update HR policies from time to time.· Casual and Contract Workers, Control/Budgeting of Manpower planning.· Liaising with Various Governments Department for ensure business flow.· Corporate Social Responsibility.· To Co-ordinate Internal & External audits of the company.· Taking care of Legal licenses with various departments/PSU’s /Local Authorities.· Taking Care of required Statutory Compliances.· Monitoring and controlling the expenses of Plant.· In charge of Vendors, AMC, Asset, House Keeping, Security, Company Guest house, Travel & Transport Management.· Checking payments of Internal and External Customers.· Maintain Asset & Infrastructure of Company/ Taking Care Green field Project of Company.· Updating Labor Low Compliances.· Ensure Industrial Peace & Harmony· Handling trade unions, grievance handling at middle and lower level, disciplinary action against employees· Managing Works committee and their demands.
