Spearheading the design and development of next-generation cloud native products and platforms for the bank, by building and leading teams of 50-60 consultants and employees to build scalable, cloud native, low latent, low code robust solutions thereby facilitating the delivery of strategic initiatives for the bank.Leading the development and management of core frameworks and platforms, both on-premise and cloud, for multiple verticals of the bank with a focus on enhancing technical capabilitiy across multiple teams of the bank and facilitating intiatives around cost and manpower reduction, business expansion across previously untapped segments, regulatory and compliance leading to the overall advancement of the bank from a functional and technical perspective.Some of the platforms built for the bank are:BureauFirst platform: A cloud native in-house low code platform built to serve as the central engine to compute the credit worthiness of a customer.This platform allowed for seamless integration with multiple bureaus and the bank's systems to facilitate context specific credit computation for a customer.This platform reduced the dependency of the bank on third party products significantly reducing the operational cost of the bank. This platform is now being used across multiple verticals of the bank to support Bureau calculation for various lending productsApplication Management System: An enterprise grade ,low-code, cloud native multi-tenant platform to manage application state and workflows for multiple applications. This platform was built to allow teams to configure their own workflows and plugin custom logic within the workflows by leveraging the internal event driven architecture of the platform. This platform was leveraged to launch the Banks first Education Loan Application and is also being leveraged to manage operations workflow for the bank's customer servicing portal.
