Working as Project Head for Infrastructure Development of Jawaharlal Nehru Port Trust Special Economy Zone Project ( Under Central Govt ) which includes Sewage Treatment plant of capacity 6.5 MLD, Under Ground Drainage Network of 8.9 Kms. DI network of 5.2 kms

Responsible to execution water supply scheme consist of lifting of raw water, treatment at water treatment plant and distribution of treated water to various locations. Scheme consists of 75 kms of metallic and non metallic pipeline,Elevated reservoirs,water treatment plant. Total billing of project with client and of subcontractors. To study and plan the activities as per schedule and to carry out tasks as per the project deadlines. To moniter budget and time frame so as to complete project within stipulated time and cost with quality. To focus on hurdles and to sort out ways for smooth flow of work. Meeting at various levels with client, consultant and contractors. Progress review meetings with staff. Submission of progress reports to higher authorities/management.
