- Looking for a change in Scrum Master Project Manager role and can join in 2 months- Overall 18 yrs. of experience in the IT industry - Certified Scrum Master® (CSM®) by ScrumAlliance with 8 yrs. of relevant experience coaching teams in person and remotely as Scrum Master- In-depth knowledge and experience on SAFe 6.0 Scaled Agile Framework- Have a track record of improving employee retention and satisfaction while delivering product features- Focus on developing an agile mindset in the workplace to create, deliver, and sustain complex products and services- Facilitates sprint ceremonies such as Sprint Planning, Daily stand-ups, Sprint Review, Sprint Retrospective, Backlog Refinement- Expertise using JIRA, Confluence, Rally- Well versed with Agile metrics reporting to track Team progress- Providing coaching to the scrum team and organization to follow Agile/Scrum practices- Ensure Dev team understands and maintains commitment of the Definition of Done (DoD)- Remove impediments and protects the team from outside distractions - Worked on different domains like Travel & Hospitality, Health Care, E-Commerce, EMS (Enterprise Management Solution), Security, Banking, Telecom
