I gained valuable experience as a Technical Support Engineer at Concentrix India, where I worked in a CITRIX environment, ensuring the smooth working of applications.In my previous role as a Desktop Support Engineer at IBM, I had the opportunity to troubleshoot on various applications like Lotus Notes, VMware, and Citrix. I also gained experience in TSRM ticketing tool requests and worked with both Windows and Linux machines. During my time at IBM, I also handled the EVRY project, where I configured network devices like Tata (TCL) and Airtel link, installed switches, configured laptops, and provided training to new engineers.In addition to my professional experience, I have also completed a three-month project on lotus notes migration 8.5 to version 9.0.1 and a summer project at AT&T, where I worked on IT (NETWORKING INFRASTRUCTURE) from IBM-IGA global account AT&T (DELHI).I am passionate about staying up-to-date with the latest technologies and expanding my skill set. I believe in working collaboratively with teams to achieve common goals and am always open to learning from my colleagues.
