Worked as the Onsite Point of Contact for the Applications Support team that provided support for key applications hosted on the .Net and Sql server. As the onsite coordinator for Support, acted as the interface between the offshore team and the business users located in UK.

The role requires implementation and support of the core Policy Administration system (Life Asia application based on i-series Life/400) for new and existing insurance products. It includes managing smooth operations of the systems which require liaison with the outsourcing vendor (CSC) and ensuring that the implementation activities are properly carried out. This also involves analysis of user requirements and preparing functional and technical documentation and conducting acceptance testing and ensuring successful implementation of systems.
