Key Assignments/ Initiatives:• Managing and contributing to vLens(Query building tool) by designing specifications, process flows, screen layouts and testing workflows. • Undertaking independent handling of Commercial Mortgage Backed Securities (CMBS). Facilitate enhancements and modifications in the product through continuous interaction with the client & development team.• Spearheaded development of Credit Model for Underlying Collaterals in CMBS (Commercial Mortgage Backed Securities).• Created a model for Horizon Computations for assessing Returns from Investments and facilitated implementation in proprietary products(CMBS/RMBS). • Responsible for mentoring, role training and guidance to new team members and junior business analysts.

Associated with Retail Credit Hub at Bank of Maharashtra. The Retail Credit Hubs were centralized processing units for the loan appraisal and sanction started in strategic locations where Bank of Maharashtra had large number of branches. The benefits of Retail Credit Hubs arose in terms of efficiency and speedy advance of credit and customer satisfaction.Key Assignments/ Initiatives:• Assessment and processing of Retail Loan Proposals: Housing, Education, Vehicle and Solar Water Heating System.• Preparation of Appraisal and Sanction Notes and ensuring compliance.• Weekly and Monthly Reporting to Regional Office and Central Office.• Conducted review renewal of existing Cash Credit accounts.

Associated with ConneXion Healthcare West (CHW) project at Perot Systems. Involved with the team in the development of software – “Support System” to identify and handle the production issues better and thus provide timely solution. The technology used for the project was Java/J2EE using MVC architecture with Oracle as a backend and IBM Websphere Portal Server to display Support System’s portlets as front end.Key Achievements/ Initiatives:• Contributed in all phases of SDLC cycle - requirements gathering, designing, coding and testing the software.• Worked on prototyping, creating UML and Database Design diagrams, writing SQL queries and test cases, XML parsing, Excel sheet generation using HSSF API, creating Pie and Bar charts using JFreeChart and mentoring new team members.• Actively participated in designing and creating the Database and Database script (SQL Script) for the project.
