MIS executive & Payout TeamUnderstanding the business requirements and convert into specifications.Providing provisions for Dealer Incentive Payout, Staff Incentive payout.Calculation & Processing commission payout for Tractor Loan, Commercial Vehicles, Trade Advance on the basis of payout structure provided by product team.Coordinate with stakeholders and bank branches regarding payout-related queries.Preparing and providing daily basis MIS & Analysis to Supervisors for Tractor, Commercial Vehicle, Trade Advance payout.Additionally, handle the send monthly notices for school finance, construction finance, and KCC products.Additionally, handle the capturing Loan data for Tractor & KCC Product.

DSMG group Legal Department Retrieve all required loan-related documents from the Omni system and RLOS system using the list of loan numbers provided by the STT team.For documents not found in the Omni and RLOS systems, raise a request to the ROPS team.Retrieve the Loan Recall Notice (LRN) from the CAPS system.Once all documents are received, collate and organize them into sets & prepared POC.Share the collated document sets & POC with the legal team.Maintain a daily tracking MIS for legal documents.Additionally, handle the issuance of agent ID cards, including registration, creation, and modification in the system.
