Work Profile: Planning and procurement of spare parts for L&T and Komatsu make Construction & Mining Equipment’s such as Excavators, Dozers, Wheel loaders and Dumpers etc. Using SAP software. Planning & handling 35-40 Cr. INR worth spare parts inventory monthly (Procurement). Procurement of Spare parts according to the requirement and past consumption data recorded in SAP. Monthly review of consumption and anticipation of spare parts demand. Daily review for warranty and emergency spare parts. Weekly review for fast moving spare parts (Filters & Filter Kit), Tooth Points, etc. & achieve monthly quantity target. Preparing Purchase orders and delivery schedules on periodical basis and vendor follow-ups. Inviting Quotations, tabulation & Negotiation with vendors. Maintaining and updating Items Master and vendor master. Vendor payment & generation of Monthly vendor credit report. Monitoring All India inventory level through A, B, C, D analysis as per accounting standard & maintain minimum inventory level. FMS classification base upon no. of calls of spare parts within a year (F >=9, M >=5 <=8, S >=1 <=4, Z = 0). ABC analysis based upon inventory value (A=70% of total inventory, B= 20% of total inventory, C= 10% of total inventory). Slow-moving and non-moving inventory analysis and requesting to take corrective action. Identify S & Z category items & Scraping parts proposal based on past demand and material movement.  Active participation in sales promotional spare parts activity (KIT’s Campaign, packaging material, etc.)
