Prashant is a development sector professional with specialization in urban policy and governance, municipal finance, project finance, procurement, institutional development and capacity building etc. with apprx.13 years of professional experience. He holds the Master degree in Urban Policy studies from TISS, Mumbai and Master degree in Business Administration (MBA) in finance. He worked closely with the states/Urban Local Bodies (ULBs) in implementation of the urban development/finance/policy related projects effectively. While working in the development sector, he built his ability to see the larger picture and the vision of the government especially in city developments, infrastructure segment, municipal finance, PPP, procurement, policies, urban reforms, urban governance and capacity building. He is fully aware about the ongoing missions of GoI such as Smart Cities, AMRUT, SBM, Hosing for all etc. His strengths are client management, stakeholder management, socio-economic understanding of urban sector etc..
