With over 10 years of on-field experience and a B.Sc. in Agricultural Biotechnology with MBA in Marketing, I am passionate about working towards the upliftment of Indian farmers and making farming a profitable business.In my previous roles as Marketing/Product Executive at Godrej Agrovet and Assistant Manager Marketing at Privi Group, I played a pivotal role in new product development, product launches, and market studies. Notably, I successfully led the launch of three products at Godrej Agrovet and two products at Privi Group, contributing to their growth and market presence.As the Director of Agrotmissa, my own company, I am proud to have been recognized among the top 10 fastest growing agrochemical companies in India by Industry Outlook Magazine in 2022. My focus is on driving innovation, developing sustainable solutions, and fostering partnerships that benefit both farmers and the agricultural sector.Leadership is central to my approach, and I believe in giving people independence while inspiring them from within.
