Sales and Marketing Business professional with over 18 years of diverse experience in Strategy and Planning, Product Development, Marketing & Sales, Market outreach, CP distribution, controlling cost of sales and CP payout process.In my current role at Mahindra Lifespaces, I am a part of the Sales Leadership Team and primarily own Channel business of Pune region.I have been instrumental in Setting up a robust distribution network in Pune & ROM.I have successfully launched 5 phases in 3 new projects and sold inventories worth booking value of over ₹700 crores in last 4 years.When I joined Mahindra Lifespaces in Nov 19, we started a vertical of Channel sales and assigned dedicated sourcing team members for the vertical.I had this huge responsibility to recruit, train and guide the entire sourcing team on how the Channel business works. Establishing a vertical is not so easy it also calls for designing and implementing SOP’s, Policies, systems, and Processes to safeguard the interest of our business partners and the company.We got the opportunity to showcase our strong distribution network when we launched Mahindra Happinest Tathawade project, we saw a mammoth growth of ~ 430% in Walk in active CPs at the time of launch which now went up to ~ 1700% till the mid of FY 23-24During 2nd Wave of Covid, we did our first online CP meet for Happinest tathawade project, it was a massive success, wherein, we witnessed 2800+ views for the event.Last year, we had the most remarkable soft Launch of Mahindra Lifespaces, Mahindra Citadel project in PCMC.We sold 250+ units in the launch quarter of FY 22-23, This we did without any marketing spend, Again, 72% CP contribution in the launch shows the power of our strong distribution network.During my tenure at Godrej Properties Limited (GPL), I got the opportunity to handle a very challenging profile of leading Cross sales vertical of Pune region.I have experienced and participated in the launch of over 20 projects in GPL across geographies and segments during my stint in Cross sales.Further, GPL management shifted me to the RCP team of Pune. It was a 2-member team including me. After establishing strong channel partner network in east and south part of Pune. I also got the opportunity to contribute to the launches of west part of Pune which includes launches in Hinjewadi and Mamurdi location.
