Create Wires to move money for FX Settlement, Coupon Settlement, various fess including management & performance fees, investor Subscriptions & Redemptions, Repo margining, etc. Approving Weekly & Month - end Cash & Position ReconciliationsAssist Internal & External Auditors for audit queries. Help Fund Accountants issue accurate NAVs on time.Fund Accounting ActivitiesIssue Daily PNL for 3 - 4 Clients.Port Folio Pricing Analyze Pnl & NAVPreparations of Pnl Roll / Capital Roll - To ensure that the Daily Pnl, MTD Pnl & NAV figures are in line.Load Olap - Olap is On-line Analytical Processor through which clients can review their P&L information.Managing/Training Leading a Team of 10 (1 Associate Manager, 4 Senior Associates, 5 Associates)Acquainting new & existing associates with different systems and Applications used for operations as well as solve all the domain related queries for the smooth functioning of work. Weekly Team Meetings to discuss Issues & Performance.Periodic Performance Review & Goal Setting. Projects Handled in Globeop: GoRec, GoAudit.
