I am a Product Data Administrator for Global Data Management Team of Procter & Gamble(Warsaw-Poland). We work on SAP system to generate the GTINs/EANs/UPC (barcodes) for all the products that falls in Fabric & Home Care category. Wedeal with Western & Central Europe, Central & Middle East and Africa region. Earlier I worked with Washington Mutual Bank (as a Client) which is now taken over by JP Morgan Chase Bank in their Fraud Detection & Fraud Prevention team and was managing all the Retail Banking Processes of the Bank. I had been to USA for the special training on the same departments. I hold a Business Class Visa for USA.I am also a certified Trainer for Infosys BPO.

Currently - Working with biggest FMCG client using material management module in SAP. Profile includes Product Data Administration, Master Data Management and Barcode generation under GS1 rules & guidelines.Earlier - Also handled a team of 20 members in a Retail Banking Process (Check Fraud) for 18 months for Washington Mutual Bank as a Client under Federal Reserve Bank USA guidelines & cut-off times. Training new joinees, Quality Audits, Client Reporting, Participating Calibration Calls/Process Status Calls & monthly Business Review calls, Achieving Daily/Monthly target with meeting all the TATs and SLAs were the key responsibilities.Achievements Transferred to Quality in 3 months, Nominated as Floor support in 6 months, Sent to Stockton California (USA) for Transition of New process within a year and successfully transitioned the process.
