Current••Leading Project QA function-team of 12 Engineers & more than 70 development parts at a time. ••Dealing with the overseas customers like Honeywell, Itron, Yokogawa, Siemens, Victaulic, Axis, S&C, G&W, etc. HPDC business-100% export. ••Capturing VOC& accordingly developing CSR sheet accordingly. ••Preparation of DFM: Measurement feasibility, Drawing queries, GD&T related controls & queries, General requirements to have good realization of a Product. ••PFMEA involvement ••Gauges development:… Show more ••Leading Project QA function-team of 12 Engineers & more than 70 development parts at a time. ••Dealing with the overseas customers like Honeywell, Itron, Yokogawa, Siemens, Victaulic, Axis, S&C, G&W, etc. HPDC business-100% export. ••Capturing VOC& accordingly developing CSR sheet accordingly. ••Preparation of DFM: Measurement feasibility, Drawing queries, GD&T related controls & queries, General requirements to have good realization of a Product. ••PFMEA involvement ••Gauges development: Review of Inspection Plan & development of Gauges against the fit & function parameters. ••FPA/PPAP submission & its approval from Customer. ••Handling Customer complaint end to end. ••Problem solving: various tools like Brain-storming, Is-Is Not Matrix, Why-Why analysis, C&E diagram, 8D, PM analysis, etc. ••SGAs : a)Rejection reduction & tracking it till closure. b) Improvements in Process, Products, & System. c)Concept review for Tooling, VMC/CNC fixtures, SPMs, etc. ••Development activities at Supplier end: Proving the part, process audit, PPAP audit, & handover the project to SQA. ••Training to the own department’s Engineers regarding the overall work flow, roles/responsibilities, & functional aspects, etc. ••Change Management: Verification of Product/Process against different trials for improvements or feasibility study & subsequent ECRNs/PCRNs as applicable. ••Handing over the developed projects to Operation QA for series production. ••Leading the cost Saving Projects like – a)In-house manufacturing of Gauge shadow boxes. b)Optimization in Gauges development. c)Alternative low cost approach for developing the gauges. d)Tracking & usage of ‘Not in Use’ gauges. e)Kaizen, Reduction in Inspection frequency/Man-hours ••Monthly/weekly preparation of MIS ••Writing Procedures/SOPs : Process & System. ••Internal auditor : Certified auditor of ISO9001:2015, ISO14001:2015, ISO45001:2018 and AS 9100-D. b)Conducting the 5s & Safety audit as a 2nd party auditor at Organization Level.
