Job ProfileTalent Acquisition & Management-• Looking after entire recruitment.• Handling complete Recruitment Life Cycle-Sourcing, Screening, Evaluating, and Refererance Checks. Taking Interviews. • Salary Negotiation, Preparation of salary structure according to company policy.• Preparation of post selection document-employment offer letter, and collection of supporting document of the selected candidate. Induction & Orientation-• Introducing the new joiners to the respective Team Leaders and other Team Members. Salary and wages Administration-• Salary Calculation, Maintaining/updating all types of data related to Salary Administration, Handling thumb punching system for in and out record of employees.• Make entry /action in payroll software; Hiring, Trainee to Probation, Probation to confirmation, Change in pay, Revision in salary, separation etc.• Salary Processing and submit to accounts department on time for timely salary/wage disbursement.• Generation of various reports through systems; absenteeism report, miss punch report, late coming report, early going report and taking actions accordingly.• Look after the Compensation & Benefit Activities. Statutory Compliances, General Admin-• Knowledge of Bonus Act, PF, ESIC, PT, LWF Gratuity etc. Generating PF monthly Challan, ESI monthly challan.• Interaction with employees on day to day basis; existing as well as new joined employees. Listen and understand the problem and solve the same. Initiating Disciplinary actions.• Ensuring timely Probation, confirmation, Termination of employees before due date. Time office (Attendance & Leave Management)-• Responsible for handling attendance system and maintaining the daily attendance leave records of the employees. • Calculation of yearly Leave & Leave Encashment.• Preparing Leave Book of all the employees every year.
