Prashant has extensive experience in policy administration system transformations including agent portals and comparative raters in insurance. He has proven proficiency in managing complex work streams across multiple vendors and geographies. He has strong expertise in modeling business process solutions for holistic suite of technological solutions. He was part of IT pre-merger technology assessment for two banks conducting evaluation of the combined bank’s target state technology and operations environment. Prashant holds an MBA from IIM Bangalore and a Bachelor of Engineering from VJTI College, Mumbai University. He is ITIL Foundation Certified (Service Management) and FSI Level 1 certified.
