• Requirement gathering from business teams(FI/Operations/CBS etc Departments), understand risk and control assessment, approval from the Senior Management, implementation and and monitoring/managing of new IT solutions.• Preparation of BRD documents.• Post project production movement support and progress monitoring.• Prepare dashboards on key metrics of various processes(new IT projects, digital products onboarding, activation and usage) by using Macros, VBA and SQL for Senior Management • Manage relationship with third party partners and monitor their service levels to ensure their compliance with quality.• Manage adherence to the regulators RBI/NABARD guidelines with respect to CBS operations/UPI/Debit Cards/Mobile Banking.• Manage compliance of IS Audit findings carried out by the third party.• Develop training materials for Cyber Security and Awareness among employees• Managing in-house software development team.• CBS support to approx. 2000 branches.

• Performing back office operations of new account opening and KYC verification – data entry, processing and record keeping.• Conducting thorough verification of newly Saving and Current Accounts opened at branches and received from branches and ensuring accuracy and completeness of documents.• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies related to KYC procedures.• Managing back office operations – • Handling Bank branches escalations

• Responsible for managing IT vendors – Computer Hardware, Networks and ATM Machines• Prepare dashboards for senior management – daily MIS of ATM hits and status of network connectivity in branches.• Monitor service levels provided by vendors and ensure compliance with quality.• Liaise with vendors to ensure maintenance as per their Service Level Agreement.
