My job role is Electrical Vehicle components like sub assy, wiring harness, plastic Parts & BCS at Our company deals with 2-4 wheeler switches & Condenser, Evaporator. Closing reports within the stipulated time frameConducting in process audits and continuously working on process improvements and reducing PPMReduce the rejection rate by 80% and incidence of defects by 75% through various measures including but not limited to TPM, rejection analysisInternal/External customer interaction - understanding the needs of the customer and taking a proactive approach to exercising the best practices that meet the customer expectationsDriving continuous improvements.
