Key Responsibilities:☛ Accountable for handling end-to-end shift activities along with 3 Supervisor and 70+ Workers☛ Successfully managing all 3 shifts operations, manpower management and resource allocation according to shift and machine requirement☛ Maintaining PDB document paper and up-to-date records in SAP☛ Handling Noble and Precious Metals Like Ruthenium, Iridium and Platinum☛ Overseeing ETP plant activities and leading the task of HCL, NOAH and H2SO4☛ Maintaining shop floor in neat and good condition☛ Conducting daily stock solution and setting target to consume solutions per day☛ Diligently operating and managing below machines:o 360 kw Electric Oweno Shot Blasting o Forklift Both Diesel & Batteryo Air Compressor & Boiler☛ Production with NO Defects: Handling the task of coating of elements such as Cathodic Protection System with no patches and perfect grams required☛ Maximum Production: Developing and executing strategies to opt out maximum production in respective shift, with less machine idle time☛ Quickly diagnose the problem: Impeccableat diagnosing actual fault after verifying the product and vehicle test trial and taking appropriate measures to resolve the issue in a timely manner☛ Maintenance Schedule: Preparing perfect maintenance schedule of all machines for the respective plant with correct manpower distribution☛ Reports Preparation: Generating daily and weekly reports entailing to production being produced and also formulating weekly and monthly breakdown reports of various machines and taking corrective action against it
