Manage day-to-day operations client like Udaan Food /fresh /RelianceJiomart / Flip kart ODH.o Planning & managing inbound/outbound loads and connection.o Taking care of Last Mile Operations, stock received and stockoutward. Ensures quality check of all shipments/bags and ensurezero missing shipments with value and count.o Define contract/Rate negotiation for Logistic vendor/ Franchises partner /Co-Loaders.o Identifying strong and weak DCs, analyze reasons, work outmethods for improvement to ensure good Dc performance.o Checking pending RTS shipments on daily basis and ensurethat DC is running without pendency.o Review monthly delivery performance of all staff.o Conduct regular operations process training and ensure processadherenceby all staff.o Ensure monitoring, proper upkeep and safe custody of allimportant registers pertaining to Attendance, petty cash, Meter reading, Compliancerelated register and admin asset registers.o Oversee that all administrative facilities like Drinking Water, Hygiene of DC,etc. are in good condition
