Over the course of my career, I've successfully built two products from the ground up, catering to the North American market. These include a new business and underwriting application, adhering to reinsurance guidelines, and a comprehensive claims product covering Dental, A&H, Life, and Disability.Currently, I lead the Claims team and hold accountability for the Documentation & Quality Assurance processes across the entire suite of insurance products. With a background that spans over two decades in the industry, I've had the privilege of working on pre-sales initiatives for three years, working directly with Customers to understand the operational drivers of what makes a great product. For the past seven years I have dedicated my full time at Majesco to build products which benefit our customers. .
