 Financial Modelling of Solar Projects and Valuation of the existing projects for acquisition. Analyse the Solar Power Sector in India and explore the market potential of solar power in different parts of India. Follow various government based solar power schemes and participate in the same. Interact with Various banks for fund raising for solar power projects. Prepare pitch reports and Information Memorandum for Project financing. Analyse the Clean Development Mechanism (CDM) process for Solar Power projects, evaluate and negotiate for registration and verification of various solar projects with CDM consultants. Prepare Business Plan and track variances between budget and actual Analyzing various investment opportunities on DCF, Comparable and other valuation methodology. Prepare bid documents for participating in various government/large corporate bidding process. Determine proposal concept by identifying and clarifying opportunities and needs, studying requests for proposal (RFP’s) and devising implementation methodologies.

 Business Analysis of the Global Markets Group which comprises of Treasury (Structured product desk, Corporate forex, Portfolio Management service, Cover operations desk, Money Market & bullion desk) & Treasury sales Professionals. Create P & L for all product & service category, prepare cash flow report in all major currencies for the treasury. Analyze and increase the wallet share of bank from the given portfolio of Banking relationship: Account Management. Understand user expectations and develop functional requirements and raise clarifications with stakeholders Requirement gathering, develop project questions and gain understanding of the “as is” & “to be” processes to be implemented. Use statistical tools (advanced quantitative analytics) for forecasting & budgeting turnover and revenue of the group. Revenue and opportunity analysis of the various Structural products such as IRS, FRA and Options for the Global Markets Group of the bank. Streamline the revenue, profit & loss reporting process of the Treasury dealing room involving flows (Cash & Trade), Corporate Fx and Money Market desk. Investigating and explaining daily movement in profit & Loss figures of the various income category. Use Project Management skills: time/effort mgmt, making and keeping commitments, progress tracking and reporting.  Create & make presentations to explain problems, approach, solution and progress report to Business Unit heads. Ensuring overall client Management by interacting regularly with internal business groups such as the corporate business groups and the small & medium size business groups and also with the internal operations group
