- Responsible for End to End Program architecture design and change control for Global HR Systems- Anticipate long-term business needs, new solutions and determines the solution model in accordance with organizational policy. - Technical and Functional expert and guidance on all HR IDS initiatives (Sourcing, Vendor & Technology Evaluations)- Manage and support the Solution Stream Leads in all their activities- Coordinate closely with Solution Stream Leads to ensure consistency of IDS implementations with Business requirements and priorities- Coordinate overall Data model design, Referential alignments and integrations between systems- Consulted for any major changes required in the live system for changes that require full setup of a brand new feature or any change in the baseline setup- Works with Technip Energies group teams to ensure standards are satisfied (Group, Legal, SOX Compliance)- Ensure End to End Process definition alignment with Systems capabilities and configuration- Responsible for technical guidance on ERP Cloud solution including PaaS, Data migration and Integrations- Chairs the Change Control Board to review change requests and evolution in coordination with all stakeholders and to challenge inconsistencies and prevent conflicts- Responsible for deployment of the overall blueprint solution design and principles for up-and-coming projects and enhancements ensuring alignment to Business Requirements, local country regulation and across all Business workstreams including Process, Data, Core HR, Compensation, Talent, Recruitment Security, Reporting, Group Applications and new modules such as Absence Management and Time and Labor- Technical expert and guidance for all HR IDS initiatives- Govern reviews, validations and developments of functional & technical specifications- Coordinate closely with Solution Stream Leads to ensure consistency of Business-driven design with IDS streams implementations

- Responsible for the CORE model on the given stream - Anticipate long-term business needs and determines the solution model in accordance with organizational policy- Review any new or amended business processes that belong to blueprint solution and advise any impact to the core model- Drives end-to-end solution development- Focuses on process standardization and Best Practices of the solution- Lead design authority meetings: review change requests & enhancements, validate/reject functional changes, provide estimates of effort- Full understanding and stakeholder in all solution interactions and dependencies across business functions (Finance, Projects, Supply Chain, People & Culture) - Supporting implementation of new features/major changes in existing scope (new modules, functionality)- Escalation point for the support teams- Supports ERPs operations for the functional domain, ensuring new releases are properly considered by RUN teams and acting as an escalation point on critical or lasting incidents- Govern reviews, validations and developments of functional & technical specifications

- Product Lead for Oracle Fusion HCM modules- Responsible for establishing an efficient and structured relationship with our Business partners- Review any new or amended business processes that belong to blueprint solution and advise any impact to the core model- Identify & review business process opportunities, assist business stakeholders in the update of As-Is and To-Be process flows.- Act as a key point of contact and specialist knowledge resource for P&C users and stakeholders in the supported functional area- Provide guidance, instructions and assistance to peers deploying related applications, changes, interfaces or processes- Provide input and support for both UAT and URT, working with HR Generalists and Key Users to prepare and execute effective test scenarios and scripts - Support Knowledge Transfer efforts, including delivery of end user training for new deployments / newly released functionality.- Build, develop and maintain constructive working relationships with Business and IT stakeholders.- Ensure that both day-to-day and long-term business priorities are effectively communicated to development and support teams- Be directly involved in new P&C deployments, working with the deployment team to deliver knowledge transfer and support User Acceptance Testing for the new functionalities - Work closely with the Change & Release Analyst and the Test Coordinator to ensure effective deployment of changes.- Follow the IDS Change Process to ensure change deployments meet Compliance team expectations- Identify and define or update Support Knowledge Articles, ensuring the Knowledge base is up to date and well organized
